Got this offer for Glamour in a flyer in the magazine...

3 issues for £1 and a free gift from the Body Shop which is a soap, shower gel, body butter and lip butter from the Honeymania range. It doesn't mention sizes but the RRP is £23 so probably full size?

Last week I was told the Murad set was on the way & it would be here by last week, this still hasn't arrived so I emailed back with the following reply

May I firstly apologise for the problems you have experienced and that you have had to contact us on more than one occasion.

Firstly, please accept my apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused. I can confirm your gift was ordered. However, please be advised these are limited (as advertised) and due to the high level of demand we are unable to guarantee the receipt of the offer.

Every effort will be made to send an alternative gift, however, as this is a goodwill gesture I am unable to specify on what this will be.

Please allow a further 28 days for an alternative or replacement.

hi was just wondering about the zest offer, can you cancel before they take the second installment, so I won't be paying more than £3? the t and cs confused me a bit!

Oh dear . Doesn't sound as though any of us are going to get it and how odd that they can't specify a replacement?

I've emailed them today to ask when mine will be mailed.

I have emailed asking for a list of what substitutes are available, seeing as no-one has said they GOT the Murad I find it very suspicious to be honest.

Hi ladies, I haven't had the Murad either! This all seems very fishy to me :cool:

I emailed them a few days ago and got the same response as you princessmoneysaver. I emailed them back asking how, since I am already a subscriber and took up the offer on the day I received my magazine with the offer in, the gifts were all already gone. They are now investigating this for me. Will let you know what happens! x

I re-read all the terms very carefully before placing an order: no 6 or 12month minimum subscription requirement, but please cancel after the 3-month period because otherwise it jumps to a paying subscription; once you have paid for 6 issues, no refunds are given for issues not taken if you cancel early.

My gift came within a couple of days of placing the order and my direct debit for the trial is yet to go through - highly impressed!
