If this helps anyone, I would recommend 'phoning Conde Nast on 01858 438815 to chase up the dispatch of the Murad gift set. (If you've not got your subscriber details letter, just quote your name and address).

In my case, the 28 days' breathing space had elapsed and when I asked whether it had been posted out, they replied that it had and a while ago: so...yours might be lost in the post, too! The lady was apologetic and confirmed a replacement will be sent out.

HTH as I'm spotting quite a few ladies still waiting and waiting for their set!!!

I haven't heard of one person actually getting the murad so I don't think they were sent to be honest!
