Tempted to go for the heat magazine offer for the Murad items, but when yu sign up for a direct debit offer like that, are you tied into a contract as such? If you cancel after the free magazines instead of continuing for the year, does it affect your credit rating or anything?

Hi, you are agreeing to 6 issues for £6 and a free gift, so I usually cancel my DD after the payment has been taken and I have my free gift which usually comes near to the first mag being delivered or just after.

I also send them an email letting them know I have cancelled the DD and will not be renewing. Then that's it, it will not affect your credit rating and you have served the contract of £6 for 6 issue's
