I don't know what to do. Really unimpressed with all the different replies I have had. I've had nothing although have been told stuff sent out in February and then April 8th in response to my phone call which I didn't make then . Now I have to wait another 28 days for one of a list they gave me. I really wanted the benefit stuff and was told that had had 2 stocks of it but both gone . Do you think I should call back too? I've had nothing and it looked like they at least sent you someting pretty quick when you called. Wish they all said the same thing so I knew where I stood. What do you think I should do?

I would definitely call again asap. I couldn't believe how apologetic the woman was, given that I had only spent £9 in the first place and had already received a gift, albeit not the one I was supposed to get. I figured I had nothing to lose and really wanted the Benefit stuff so I just put on my brass neck and made the call .

Just a warning for others who may have subscribed before.
I took up this offer which says for NEW subscribers.
I got an email with no reference to the free gift then a letter about the DD saying my subscription had been renewed (I've had the mag before).
I took this to mean I won't get the free gift, so cancelled the DD and the subscription.
So repeat subscribers be aware that you may not get the free gift.
I'm not complaining, just warning others who may be in the same situation.

By the looks of things it's a mango shampoo (£5.76) and nourishing balm (£6.24) plus a bag. A good deal if you want the items and the magazine (I'm tempted!) but I have no idea where they get the £37 from lol.
