Called again to be told original benefit gift sold out but there had been a replacement benefit gift also sent out that should have arrived by now this is now also out of stock. I was given a choice of
Elemis blossom cleanser & toner set, Elemis rejuvenating mask, Nail Inc manicure set, or some Ren product . Are any of these the same value as the benefit gift?
Seems a bit odd that 2 gifts could go missing and that no one has had the original on here.
I have had so many contradictory tales that will just be delighted if anything arrives.Re Vanity Fair - I've been waiting too and prompted by the messages above, called this afternoon to Customer Services on 01858 438815. A very nice person checked the records and told me that the Benefit stuff was all gone. V disappointed as I only ordered it for the make up. However, she said that I would receive a gift of equal value by the end of this month. She couldn't find details of what it was but said if I wasn't happy, I could return it and they would send something else. Going by this months edition of VF, the subscriber gift is a bottle of 'Peony' EDT by L'Occitane RRP £32. Will wait and see.

Yes, me too but I wasn't given the choices above. Told me the 'gift' would be with me by the end of May so will post back when it arrives.0

The Vanity Fair subs are handled by a 3rd party company in the Midlands, that is who you speak to when you ring. I suggest you get hold of someone at the magazine. If you have a look at the info on owners etc in your mag there is a subscription director(?) who has a French surname I believe (can't find my mag at the mo to check!). I think their email goes initialsurname@condenast.co.uk.
Hope this helps.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I am still waiting for Benefit gift. I ordered on 19th March, confirmation letter received 22nd March, chased up the gift mid April to be told I would definately receive the benefit gift by 25th April, chased again on 4th May to be told it was in stock and I would receive it in 7 days. Called this morning and they told me it was out of stock, I would be sent an eye pencil and another gift of some suntan lotion which was the Tatler gift. Awaiting a call from the supervisor now ......0

I got the suncream too - equally unimpressed. Doesn't exactly match up to the Benefit 'worth £46.50' does it?0

Found this on the discussion thread today (sorry, we should be discussing this on the discussion thread too):littlefairy99 wrote: »I also subscribed to the Vanity Fair/Benefit deal, and received my magazine within 2 weeks but no gift.
I just called and a very nice lady told me they had more in stock (I can't remember what the original gift was, but she said it's a benefit bag with products worth £46) and she arranged for another to be sent out.
I'll see if it arrives!
I rang them today after reading this and they advised that Benefit is back in stock and they gave me a freepost address to return the suncream. If I receive this I'll be truly delighted - many thanks to the OP.0
