fuerteventura cheap holiday

My wife and I are wanting to travel to Fuerteventura in March 06. Does anyone have any ideas? We want to stay in Coralleco if possible, we have been 4 times before but always seem to end up paying more than we intended. Any ideas would be very welcome.

We fly from Manchester but any north west airport would be okay. Self catering any grade.
