I am trying to play Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield online but eveytime I click on multiplayer the game crashes and displays the following error
OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2816 MHz with 511MB RAM
Video: RADEON 9600 (6378)

I have been playing for a while online but had to reinstall due to this problem and now it wont let me play online

Have you tried updating your graphics?0 -
has your ip changed? most on broadband are static but every now and then the ip is changed for some reason.
update all drivers for gfx and audio
check to make sure your firewall / anti virus is not blocking your connection
when i played Medal of Honour online, the ping speed sometimes meant i couldnt play online.what is the plural of moose?

If you have 'fastwrite' enabled then try disabling it.
Also if you don't already use them go to https://www.omegadrivers.net and try Omega's Catalyst driver; they're way better than the official ATI one's.

On the Omega website go to Quick Menu on the left hand side. Select 'ATI Radeon Drivers'
At the top of the page that opens you will see a line of orange links:
Home-Archive-Omega FAQ-MB Bios-Win 2k XP-Win 98 ME -ATI
Click on Win 2k XP and download from there. The driver installation will give you the option to disable fastwrites.

might also be worth checking you have the game setup for you internet connection. Would also be easier to figure out if you could give more system details. Is the CPU or Gfx card overclocked and such.---->
