I recently got a letter from my bank saying I had an Instant Overdraft Request, which the ban declined.
It was for £10 so I checked and I owe the bank £15, but my statement came today, and the letter was sent on the 7th, and no charge has been put in my statement, the only new thing in the statement is an Interests and Refunds part which is £0.00.
I need to find out when I have to pay and if I actually have to, as I am under 18, and got my acount when I was 16.
I rang my bank up and asked them, and they were no help, they didn't tell me anything just went through lots of security question then said bye.
Can someone help me figure out what's going on, and how I found out when the moneys coming out.
Thanks.
