Does anyone know an African fund?

I like to start new Unit Trusts (or similar) now and again. I pay monthly.
Can anyone point me in the direction of an Africa fund?
I know it's precieved as higher risk, but it is my firm belief that exposure to diffent geographic and commercial sectors is the best way to achieve significant long - term growth, with the simple proviso that one does'nt 'cash - out' of any fund until such time as significant growth is chieved. The Indian SM has recently increased 400% (last I heard), and it is only a matter of time before African SMs enjoy these early days growth spurts.
Africa is the fastest growth area for mobile phones, a telling sign of things to come. I deal with Africans regularly through work, and they are extremely enterprising capitalists. Once growth gets a decent foot - hold thier will be no stopping the long overdue transformation.

I can't help you with which fund to choose.
We have African connections and yes there are many mobile phones and yes there are some extremely wealthy people but the word corruption immediately springs to mind, and we have met plenty of it. I for one, would not entrust my hard earned savings! We have established an agricultural based business, but at times it feels likes a bottomless pit!

Money Week had an article on this not too long ago

There are no Africa-specific funds yet but there are funds with some exposure there...
