Download problem

Hi,

Was wondering if anybody could explain why sometimes when I try to download something, i'm presented with a blank white screen with a small box (containing a circle, triangle and square) in the left hand corner? In addition, it says "Done" in the bottom tray?

Obviously i'm missing something, but what?

Thanks for the advice, but guess what? Blank screen when trying to download....?

Bummer eh..... well try this. Open Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options
Programs, Reset Web Settings, take out tick then OK...

Mmm dont sound like you need adobe then.

I have adobe (not the latest). Internet options didnt fix prob.?

What OS do you have XP?
What are you downloading?
Have you the latest updates for PC
Can you post a link?

Just uninstall then reinstall Adobe.

OK. Uninstalled adobe, now i cant download the latest version because of my original problem! Running XP as my OS. Loads of free space etc.

Re-install the old version. that you had.

Right, managed to download the latest version of adobe. Still have the same problem downloading from certain sites e.g 888.com
