"normally 10 working days" is how it is worded in the Direct Debit Guarantee0

the amount i pay and date is the same, from my understanding its only 10 working days if they either of them change, i am trying to find the answer for a fixed amount ( as i dont go over my broadband usage limits, otherwise be more, i think its a variable direct debit) on same day of each month , sorry if my first post was a little confusing .
my invoice was on 03/08/08 payment to b take 06/08/080 -

If it is a fixed amount then they don't have to notify you every month.0
