I am looking at fitting an ensuite in my master bedroom. there is none at the moment I have been quoted £2800 + cost of suite, the quote includes:
8 sq. mtrs of studwork (no plastering or finish)
5 sq. tiling
saniplus
door
10mtrs of foul drain
bring hot cold feed from 8 mtrs
I think its a bit OTT, what do you, job is in E. Midlands

Not an ensuite, but we had a quote for a downstairs cloakroom. £3800 + VAT for constructing walls, plastering & painting, tiling, fitting toilet & basin (provided by me), new door, fan, radiator.0
