Iphone Blocked

i am experiencing problems asking for itunes a/c. when i tried to restore. phone blocked screen displaying itunes logo and usb. i'm not a computer whizz so simple easy non techie talk please. think i have upgraded to lastest software when i should be on 7.5.

Ok.. if it is an "official" iphone on an "official" o2 contract, you need to plug it into itunes, and then it will activate

you NEED an itunes account / apple id, to be able to do this

now, if it is an "unofficial" iphone, that you have restored, then you need to hack it again, so it can be used.

the latest version of itunes is 7.7, and this is fine to work on official, and hacked iphones..

i've tried to restore on itunes, can't get rid of the frozen display of itunes logo anymore ideas thanks
