Ring from H Samuel

Hi
I bought a ring at Christmas which was a Tungsten. Was two toned colour and was about £80.
I noticed recently that it has gotten a bit shabby looking and has though it going rusty.
Have found the receipt so going to take it to the store and see what they say.
Anyone got suggestions? It still within '12 months' if such thing exists on jewelery. I dont expect it to go rusty looking if pay £80 {would understand if it was a £5 or something similar}.

I presume when you say two toned you mean that it was a mixture of white and yellow gold?
I know white gold needs recoating every so often, not sure of the time scales though0 -
When you say two toned is it silver or gold that the tungsten is combined with.
Never dealt with it myself but you could try cleaning it bicarbonate of soda. Just leave it in the dry powder for 30 mins and rub it into the stain. This works great on sterling silver and i've used it to clean titanium, so you could try it, it won't hurt the ring.
If not take it back to the shop and ask them to clean it for free!!0 -
This is the item I believe...

Its gold and silver looking colour in the middle. So think its gold and tungsen. Its the gold on the outside that gone 'off'0
