Soo I haved cracked it!
After being given the runaround by Argos, I found a really helpful chap on the Sainsburys customer service line who took on the case.
He called me back today to say that Nectar has issued me with two seperate cards back in April and obviously one of them never got to me.. He did say that Nectar should have picked this up so have admitted liability and are going to credit me back with all of my stolen points!!
