Windows Media centre question

I'm using WMC on Vista and can watch the TV. I have a connection to my outside TV aerial and have loads of programmes to choose from - presumably picking up Freeview. We use Sky on the main TV.

However, I can manually tune the likes of UK Gold (i.e. it lets me find it), but I can't watch it. Is this because it's not Freeview, WMC lets me tune it for some reason?

cheers

My tuner will only list the free stuff, when setting up did you do your post code and local transmitter or go for the unmapped option?
