I use powerDVD - you can capture a frame (paste into Word or whatever and print).0

Some DVD editing software allows you to capture the paused frame.
Otherwise you could play the DVD on the playback software, hit pause, and press print screen and paste it into a picture editor. However this doesn't always work as some software (Windows Media Player for example) just gives a black screen, when you paste it back.
Nero's DVD player can allow you to capture and also allows you to use print screen, and that's how I got the screen grab of Martin Lewis doing something rude, which is in another thread!A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are.0 -

you can certainly download a trial. Some PCs have it as part of their software bundles.
or:

for older versions (may not be trials - not sure)0
