    They're MB and not GB!!

Difference between current and projected - get a dictionary.

you may be confusing kilobytes (KB) with megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB), giga is the big one, kilo is the little one, and mega is the one in-between.
most capped ISPs have limits in the GB range (mine is 30/300) i'd be tempted to ignore the readings until you have used the pc a week or so, I average around 3Gb/day

I use the same one - Netmeter. It's accurate and very good. Helps to keep control on downloads/uploads totals. Shows, daily, weekly and monthly usages - excellent piece of software. Projected is the calculated monthly total.

No thank you for all your help but you are being confused i mean, at the bottom, it says current (3.93) then it says projected which is 79.

I mean why is it saying that is projected when i have just turn it on? Can anyone tell me why it says i have only used 3 mb but projected 79?
how does that make sense, i can be sure it is not 79 mb i have used.

perhaps you need to look up the definition of the word projected paying specific attention to the v.tr 10 "10. To calculate, estimate, or predict (something in the future), based on present data or trends:"

From the figures, it looks like you've been using the program for about 1hr, 18mins and 20s (about 0.05441 of a day). You have so far downloaded and uploaded a total of 3.93MB in that 0.05441 of a day. If you continue at exactly the same rate for an entire 24hr period, you will have downloaded and uploaded (3.93MB divided by 0.05441day) = 72.23 MB/day.

Bit off topic here, but does anyone know of software that can track ALL traffic going through a router but net only? i.e. I have cable modem --> router --> 3 computers. I want to be able to keep a record of all the net usage on 3 computers without having to install software on all 3.
