Sharp's has linked up with Hawaiian singer Jack Johnson and produced a unique drip mat competition. Pub goers will simply need to answer via text a question about Sharp's heritage. First prize is Jack's own signed guitar and there are many runner up prizes including Doom Bar hot air balloon trips and copies of Jack's fantastic new CD.

Competition Terms

1. You may enter the draw via mobile phone or e-mail.
2. No third party or bulk e-mail entries.
3. To enter the draw by text (SMS) send 'Doom' followed by your answer A, B or C to 60006 together with your name.
4. To enter via e-mail, send the word 'Doom' and your answer A, B or C together with your name to [EMAIL="competitions&#64;sharpsbrewery.co.uk"]competitions@sharpsbrewery.co.uk[/EMAIL] under the subject 'Jack Guitar competition'. Entries will only be accepted from 01/08/2008 onwards.
5. Promotion open to UK residents only, excluding employees and their families of Sharp's Brewery, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
6. Prize fund consists of 1 signed Jack Johnson Guitar, 1 trip for 2 adults in the Doom Bar Hot Air Balloon and 10 copies of Jack Johnson's album 'Sleep Through The Static'. No alternative prizes are available.
7. All text entries will be charged at your normal standard network rate.
8. There will be 1 draw which will take place on 1/11/08; the draw will identify the winners of 10 albums of 'Sleep Through The Static', 1 signed guitar and pair of tickets for a trip in the Sharp's Brewery Hot Air Balloon. Entries for this draw must be received by 23:59 on the preceding day. All correct entries will be entered into all draws following entry date.
9. All entries after 31/10/08 will be declined but may be charged.
10. All draws will be made at random under independent supervision. All winners will be notified by telephone on the number provided in their entry within 7 days of the date the winner is drawn. The winner will have 20 days from the initial contact to respond to the promoter.
11. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prizes if any of the prize-winners cannot be contacted within 28 days of the draw.
12. Sharp's Brewery does not accept responsibility for text or e-mail entries not received. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Illegible, incomplete or altered entries will be disqualified.
13. The promoter is not liable for non or late receipt of text messages due to operator or network error.
14. For text (SMS) entries, permission must be obtained from the bill payer before a text (SMS) is sent.
15. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years.
16. No purchase necessary e-mail entries will be accepted.
17. Sharp's Brewery cannot accept entries via post, however will acknowledge receipt of entries submitted via SMS message and the Sharp's Brewery competition e-mail.
18. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. For a list of winners, please send an S.A.E. marked 'Jack Johnson Competition' to Sharps Brewery, Rock, Cornwall, PL27 6NU.
20. Winners of the Hot Air Balloon trip must make arrangements with Sharp's Brewery directly at Sharp's Brewery, Rock, Cornwall, PL27 6NU. Acceptance of these terms and conditions and promotional instructions is a condition of entry. Make note of these terms and conditions for future reference. In administering this promotion, Sharp's Brewery will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary.
