Ebay alert

hi I've got an ebay alert for an unpaid item ,but this has all been resloved ,I paided and got the item ,but still have this alert even though the seller says he has got the payment ,dont want to leave feedback until I get this alert away as I have 100% feedback and dont want to loose it,
oh got this alert a week ago ,please any one help me

paid by cheque ,seller has confirmed in the alert that he has been paid but cant get this alert removed any idea's

If you contact the seller and ask them to remove the alert.Only they can do it ( u could try appealing to ebay but they are not the promptess at replying).
The seller will be able to remove it in a second by filing in that the matter has been resolved on the non paying bidder section.
You then filling in your side saying the matter has been resolved and that should be it.
All the neccessary stuff is the " dispute section " in both you and the sellers accounts.

just got an email from ebay the alert has been removed thanks to all who replyed to this thread
