I just purchased the Peugeot Bipper Tepee Outdoor HDi 70 (1.4), funky, fun to drive, high seating for my osteoarthritis, van based similar to wagon R but heavier and tougher. I also had the Toyota Verso as second choice which came out about a year ago, nice car with high seating. Both available with automatic or manual transmision. Fiat also do one same as Peugeot as built in same factory.

Toyota Verso S? Yaris size but taller and high seating position. Not too many around though.

Old thread but why not just get a car with height adjustable seats ?

Because height adjustable seats does not mean high seats, a Z4 and a X5 both have adjustable seats.
