VW Fox has a nice high driving position
  • I just purchased the Peugeot Bipper Tepee Outdoor HDi 70 (1.4), funky, fun to drive, high seating for my osteoarthritis, van based similar to wagon R but heavier and tougher. I also had the Toyota Verso as second choice which came out about a year ago, nice car with high seating. Both available with automatic or manual transmision. Fiat also do one same as Peugeot as built in same factory.

  • Toyota Verso S? Yaris size but taller and high seating position. Not too many around though.
However, just realised this thread has been "dug up" from 2008 for some reason!:o
  • Old thread but why not just get a car with height adjustable seats ?

We have a Suzuki Wagon R+ which we have been very happy with. We particularly like the fact that the seats are higher than normal (good for us older generation for ease of getting in and out and comfort ;) ).

We are thinking of replacing it and are looking for recommendations of something of similar size and running costs, reliability and the higher seats are important.

    Any suggestions?
Vauxhall Mariva nice car and 40 MPG

Because height adjustable seats does not mean high seats, a Z4 and a X5 both have adjustable seats.
