SBT Question

OK, I have been looking at this site for the past couple of hours (feel a little over welmed with all of the information! but its all good!) Just a quick question really, I have been reading the information on SBT (and relating links) and was wondering are egg, abby and mint the only CC's that allow you to pay off your current account overdrafts? Also are there any ways around the 2% charge that egg talk about on BT's on their site?

Cheers

It's actually Egg, Mint, and MBNA/MBNA run cards such as Virgin, A&L & Abbey. However, read the T&C's very carefully before using these cards.

The 2% BT fee applies to the Egg "card" or Egg "green" as it's sometimes known. As a new customer, you will not avoid the 2% fee on the Egg card, unless you first place the card into a positive balance (by a BT to another card), and then BT this off to your current account.

You can also use Egg "Money" as an alternative "free" SBT card, again by putting it into a positive balance first.
