My husband applied for a number of loans last September but got declined. So, it shows in his search file with the CRAs. He has never missed a payment, is on the electoral roll, a homeowner, etc.

If I applied for a credit card or loan in my name, will the credit searches on him have any impact on my application?

My husband has a few loans and a few credit cards. While me, I only have 1 store card, 1 credit card and 1 loan.
