Gold bike competition Terms and conditions
1. This free to enter prize draw closes at noon, 21 October 2008
2. To enter, go to eta.co.uk and request a quote for cycle insurance
3. First prize consists of one modified gold-plated Charge Plug cycle
4. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries.
5. This draw is open to British residents aged 18 and over.
6. This draw is not open to employees, agents (including family members) of the ETA.
7. Strictly one entry per person and no third- party entries.
8. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or which cannot be entered for any technical or other reason.
9. No cash equivalent or alternative prizes will be given and prizes are non-transferable. The ETA reserves the right to change prizes at its discretion or to offer an alternative of similar value.
10. The winner will be notified by email or phone within seven days of the closing date. If the winner has not accepted the prize within seven days of notification, the ETA will re-draw and select a new winner (and the same acceptance period will apply).
11. First prize will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner being notified.
12. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.
13. This draw is governed by English law.
14. Entry into the draw is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. The ETA may cancel this competition and amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control.
16. Details of winners are available by written request to the ETA Marketing Dept
