Until 12th November,if you open a smile current account and put in £1,500 by a date in January, you will receive 12 bottles of wine free, but you have to pay the delivery charge of £4.95.Don't know how long you have to keep the money in for.You must not already be or have previously been a smile customer.

As it doesn't say I think you just have to assume they want you to credit it before the requisite date - as a token - and you can withdraw it [say] one day afterwards.
BTW I've had a second email [as a credit card non-bank customer] giving until 10th December to open a current account [so they may well roll over the newsaper ads on this for a further four weeks as they already seemed to have done].....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
