    Change the resolution -

    [Start]
    [Control Panel]
    [Display]
  • Why oh why you you have a smaller screen? hmmm. Bigger is better IMHO
If you could add a littles more info Emmy that would stop me guessing what you are on about.

You have a new smaller screen
    The picture does not fit
The picture moves as you move the mouse
You want to know how to make the picture fit the screen

Right click the desktop & select Properties & then Settings Set Screen Resolution to the new screen size you have (you did not state this little bit of important info) then ok out.

What picture size is it? What are you viewing the picture in? Desktop/laptop/ Vista/XP/other

    Hi there,
Thanks for the info.....I have tried the properties bit and at least it is now not moving when I shift the mouse :o)

Smaller screen is because we are in need of a new PC but saving up, the screen on old PC went and picked this one up for £15 at a car boot.....it's fine for now :D

    The actual screen measures 35cm x 23cm ........and it's on XP :D

I work that out to be 16.48" so I'm guessing it's a 17" monitor then.
