It's probably a "small number" because those of us who took advantage of the 6% offer are a small proportion of all the current account holders that LTSB have.
ie only those who noticed the change !!!!0 -
I've been into my branch this afternoon and the interest rate has been reduced to 3.5% as of today. Checked it out on their website and it's true: http://www.lloydstsb.com/rates_and_charges/current_account_rates_curr_page.asp#currentaccountsplus0

That will be the normal Classic Plus rate. The question is what is the enhanced rate for those who made use of the special 6% offer.
Rate was 3.93 + 1.91 = 5.84 gross/6% AER
'3.5' is probably 'AER' so becomes 3.45 + 1.91 = 5.36gross/5.49 AER????.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -

I don't expect to complain about it.But I will do if necessary.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
Not been paid any interest here either today.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

Thanks for responding.
Well, they're quick enough to take payments out, even over a weekend, and often before the due date so can't see why they have difficulty in paying money in on time. It was due on Saturday after all!
I'll check again around 11pm this evening as I've known transactions show up online around this time before.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

Hi, I went for this offer but I can't remember, was it 6% fixed or will it have gone down in line with the BOE reduction? Thanks0
