Specailist insurers?

Hi I am due to get my license back shortly after a 3 month ban, I also have 3 points on my license for speeding. Are there any insurers out there that will not clobber me to heavily with these kind of endorsments being on my lisence?

    There are a few insurance firms who specialise in high risk drivers (points, bans etc) but after having any form of ban you will be clobbered for insurance
