Vote in ALL 16 catergories to win a family ticket to the show (held on 13th September), there is 120 sets of tickets to give away, approx 24 winners per week - I think you just enter once but can anyone confirm this?

Nickelodeon UK Limited of 15-18 Rathbone Place, London, W1T 1HU is the promoter of the competition (Promoter).
These competition terms and conditions (Terms And Conditions) will apply to Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards – Ticket Giveaway competition (Competition) which will run from 10am on 28th July 2008 to 1pm on 1st September 2008 (inclusive) (Competition Period).
Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards is a live ticket-only awards show to be held on 13th September 2008 at ExCel, London (Event).
Entrants may enter the competition by voting for their favourite artists in all the various nomination categories for the Event and providing their contact details as directed during the Competition Period. In the event that an Entrant does not vote for their favourite artist in each of the 16 nomination categories, they will not be entered into the Competition.
Entries may be made as directed either by:
(i) the red button service as detailed on the Nickelodeon channel; or
(ii) online at www.nick.co.uk/kca;
1. Closing Date: The closing date for the Competition will be 1pm on 1 September 2008.
2. The Competition is open to UK and Eire residents excluding employees and/or relatives of employees of the Promoter, MTVNE, ExCel and their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, agents or any other person connected to the Competition.
3. Age Restrictions: Entrants must be aged 16 or under to enter. Please note that the Event is suitable for entrants aged 6 and over.
4. All entrants must obtain parental consent prior to entering the Competition.
5. To give all entrants a chance of winning a prize, a maximum of one prize per household is permitted during the Competition Period.
6. Entrants must provide the details requested by the Promoter, which may include entrant’s name, date of birth, age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address.
7. There will be a total of 120 winners during the Competition Period, who will each receive 4 tickets to the Event. Please note that travel, accommodation and other associated costs are not included and the winner, their parents/guardians and/or guests shall be responsible such costs.
8. Winners will be randomly drawn each week (with approximately 24 winners selected each week) during the Competition Period from all valid entries received prior to the Closing Date with the final draw taking place after the Closing Date.
9. Where entry to the Competition is via interactive set-top box, entry will be free. Costs to enter the Competition via the internet may vary so please check with your network operator for current charges. Entrants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
10. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. Prizes can only be sent to a UK and/or Eire address.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner and award the prize to another entrant In the event that :
(a) the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry;
(b) a winner has changed address to one outside of the UK and/or Eire after the closing date;
(c) the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 4 days of the draw;
(d) the winner’s parents/guardians do not agree to these terms and conditions and/or do not wish their child to receive the prize; or
(e) the Promoter does not receive confirmation of the winner’s address and/or parental/guardian consent as may be requested within 5 days; or
(f) the winner is unable to attend the Event.
13. Winners will be notified either by email, telephone or post within 4 days of each draw during the Competition Period but in any event no later than 5 days after the Closing Date.
14. Subject to confirmation by Promoter of the winner’s address and parental/guardian consent as may be requested (including that the winner will be able to attend the Event), the winner will receive the prize by 8th September 2008.
15. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.
16. Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize(s), the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize(s). Prizes are subject to the additional terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier.
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to the winner (and/or any third party including without limitation the winner’s parents/guardian and/or guests where applicable (“Third Parties”)) under these Terms And Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including without limitation delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, diversions or substitutions howsoever caused including without limitation, war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, strikes, hostilities, civil commotions, accidents, fire, flood or natural catastrophes arising without limitation out of or in connection with:
(a) the activities of third party providing services included in the prize; and/or
(b) any form of transportation (including but not limited to flights, trains, coaches, buses, ferries, taxis or cars).
For the avoidance of doubt, the winner (and/or Third Parties) shall be solely liable for any additional costs incurred as a result.
In the event that the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will place a notice of such cancellation on its website at https://www.nick.co.uk/kca. Please check the website or call the ExCeL London on +44 (0)20 7069 5000 before you leave home to check that the Event has not been cancelled.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable to the winner and/or Third Parties for any loss or damage howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Competition and/or prize other than death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter and/or the Promoters personnel and/or deceit or fraud by Promoter and/or Promoter’s personnel.
19. By entering the Competition and attending the Event, entrants and/or Third Parties consent to photography and filming/sound recording of the Event as members of the audience which the Promoter may use in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as the Promoter in its sole discretion sees fit without payment or further consent.
20. The Promoter and/or the venue (or their respective nominated representatives) reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder or to remove any person(s) from the Event if, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter or the venue, that such ticket holder may be a risk to the safety to the ticket holder or other ticket holders, affect the enjoyment of other ticket holders and/or is behaving inappropriately.
21. Persons attending the Event may be searched by security and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the venue.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Event, any activities and the running times without prior notice.
23. Strictly no trading is allowed at the Event without the Promoter’s permission.
24. No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost tickets etc.
25. Tickets cannot be sold or exchanged without the express permission of the Promoter.
26. Parents/guardians must be responsible for and accompany their children and/or guests at all times during the Event. There must be at least one parent/guardian aged 18 or over to accompany the winner and/or their guests.
27. No unauthorised photographs or recordings may be taken at the Event. Any photographic/recording equipment taken to the venue may be removed from the ticket holder for the duration of the Event.
28. No unauthorised sound systems or equipment are permitted at the Event.
29. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation the entrant’s name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of the entrant, biographical information provided by the entrants/winner and/or any statement made by them concerning the competition and/or the prize. Entrants agree that such elements may be used by the Promoter in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as the Promoter in its sole discretion sees fit.
30. Any personal information collected by the Promoter in connection with a competition will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.nick.co.uk/#/privacy or can be obtained by writing to the Promoter either by email at letterbox@nick.co.uk or by post to the Promoter’s address marked for the attention of The Data Protection Officer. 31. A list of winners for the Competition can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope together with details of which competition winners list you require to the Promoter within 30 days from the Closing Date.
32. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms And Conditions. Entrants may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of all terms and conditions of the competition signed by their parent or guardian before receiving their prize.
33. These terms and conditions together with the terms and conditions displayed at the Event and/or venue and/or on the tickets shall apply.
34. These Terms And Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
