Europcar's Terms and Conditions

· The Promoter is Europcar UK Limited, Europcar House, Aldenham Road, Bushey, Watford, WD23 2QQ
· Competition is open to all UK residents (including Northern Ireland) (“the UK”) with a valid licence except employees of Europcar UK Limited or anyone associated with the promotion. Winners must have a full clean licence for the last 12 months and vehicles must not be taken outside of the UK. Transfers between the mainland UK and Northern Ireland are not permitted.
· Europcar reserves the right to cancel or amend he competition at any time.
· Entry to the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions.
· Driver qualifications and minimum age restrictions apply
· Closing date for entries is 3rd September 2008
· One winner will be drawn at random from all the correct entries.
· The winner will be contacted by post within 14 days of the closing date.
· Winners will receive a weekend’s car rental of a intermediate car, Vauxhall Vectra or similar with Collision Liability Waiver to commence, for instance, from Friday 12pm until following Monday 10am excluding local bank or public holiday. Prize includes Damage Liability Waiver, full insurance cover (zero excess), road tax and VAT (fuel is excluded) winner must pay £70 fuel deposit when rental commences. The prize must be booked by 31/10/08 and the rental must be completed by 28/02/09.
· There is no cash alternative to the prize stated above.
· The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
· Europcar do not accept any responsibility for entries which are illegible or lost or damaged in transit.
· Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
