Counterfeit Stamps-Advice Required

Hi,
I got home today to find a card from Royal Mail stating that they could not deliver a letter as the full postage had not been paid. I took up the option to go down to my local depot to pay the £1.21 in exchange for the letter.
It states on the letter that the stamp is counterfeit and therfore my £1.21 was broken down into a £1 handling charge plus 21p for the 'stamp'.
On opening the letter I found it was junk mail-contained a menu from a local pizza shop plus one for cleaning services!
How is the best way to file a complaint/reclaim my money back?
Thanks in advance,
Louise

I would call the companies in question, they are probably paying somebody for this service and the only people it looks bad against it themselves, I would expect a free pizza for highlighting such bad publicity.0

What do you mean the stamp is counterfeit? If it's a forgery of a stamp then that is fraud, a criminal offence and one which the RM would take very seriously, particularly of the senders are doing it on any scale.
