Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'POP.NTLWORLD.COM', Server: 'POP.NTLWORLD.COM', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'POP.NTLWORLD.COM', Server: '25', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
Top error message is for incomming mail, bottom for outgoing.
Have had probs.with comp.and have had to re-install everything. Can't get outlook to work at all so can't e-mail NTL and don't fancy trying on the phone.Has anyone had similar probs.or can anyone suggest a cure.
Thanks.

It looks like the Ntl settings are not configured in Outlook Express properly.

i had similar (albeit more varied) issues with receiving mail via ntl last week - according to their site (on the service status pages) they were mucking about with the email and it was going to affect customers nationally - although that problem reference has now been closed off...are you still having the problems now?
