Have you looked in Network Connections? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

The wireless is enabled on this laptop by pressing the function (Fn) key and F10 key at the same time. Note that the wireless needs to be turned on every time the computer is restarted.

I am in a situation where I too may be going wifi. My new laptop is wifi enabled, when the laptop was connected, it picked up other people's signals, so we (or someone else did) changed the settings so that with my ethernet cable, I still connect via that. If I want to reverse the situation, I will have to get a wifi router. My ISP is TT, does anyone know if they give them out free, to replace the conventional one, or will I have to buy one, if so, how do you choose.
Niccy, presumably you had a PC before, did you replace your router and how did you choose which one. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

TalkTalk don't give them away but they don't cost much now. Any one of these here is suitable. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
