When i receive an email with an attatchment and click on the attatchment file to save it , the window that pops up asking where i wish to save it always renames the file as "utf8" and does not keep the original file name, and if i try to save it i end up with an empty 1kb file.
Any suggestions?

Thanks Matty,i think you could be right.
Will my anti virus remove the virus and then allow me to save the file or am i better just not to try to save it?0 -
usually the whole file will be quarantined / removed from the email. if you know the person who is sending you the file get them to try scanning it first - see if it can be 'cleaned' at their end and then send it."Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first." (Mark Twain)0
