is this any good?

hi i'm getting a new laptop i'm thinking of getting the compaq a935 since my dad has it and it seems nice. I will mostly use it for college work, internet and games (nothing too demanding on the specs though), might try to play wow on it. Anyone have this and is it good specs for the price? And another thing... is the dvd drive a cd and dvd player/rewriter?

Yeh it seems like a good laptop and worth the money, check a price comparison site as i think you can get a better deal, as i just had a quick look and found same spec at best for £386.00. But deffo a decent laptop.

When you say games, what do you mean? That thing won't be able to play anything from the last few years at a sensible frame rate. Processor and memory are fine, but the intel graphics chipset's no use whatsoever.
They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it
