Orange Wednesdays on any mobile network

I've done a search for this but didn't find any results so here goes.
Sign up to Orange dial up internet which costs nothing (I registered then when it came to the download just cancelled the download) : http://www.orange.co.uk/time/dialup/?WT.svl=212

When I sent my text to join it came back as unable to register and had to ring the number in the text. Had to wait 6 days for the confirmation text to arrive but it does work.
