Barclays... help!

:mad: I have written to Barclays requesting a copy of all charges etc. To which they sent me a summary of charges. However I believe there are some charges missing, how do i go about getting copies of bank statements or is there another way?? Can anybody help me???

Barclays sent me 2 envolopes with 6 years worth of statements enclosed, did you request/recieve statements for the past 6 years, or just a summary of charges? request the 6 years worth of statements and then go through the statements yourself and highlight all the charges. i rang up to request mine, its quicker and easier.0

I just recieved a summary of charges and nothing else!! Thankyou I'll give them a call and see if that works!0
