Prize draw terms and conditions
1. All entries must be received by 22nd August 2008.
2. Only one entry per household; entrants must be residents of the UK and aged 18 or over.
3. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost entries.
4. The prize consists of a crossing for a car and up to 9 passengers from Folkestone to Calais with Eurotunnel and can be used as a day trip or an overnight ticket only. The return journey must be completed before midnight (local time) on the 2nd calendar day. Accommodation and insurance not included. The winner must travel in the vehicle on each crossing.
5. Travel must be booked by 15th December 2008, and return travel completed by 31st December 2008. Excludes half term, bank holidays in December, plus Fridays and Saturdays in November and December. Bookings are subject to availability.
6. An independent person will draw the winner at random on 26th August 2008.
7. The five winners will be notified by email by 1st September 2008, and the name of the winners will be made available on request to Visit Kent by post after this date. Details on how to claim the prize and full prize terms and conditions will be given in the letter of notification.
8. The terms of the prize are not negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
9. Employees of Visit Kent and Eurotunnel, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
10. The decision of Eurotunnel is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
