Crikey - I've got £120 for four of us for a month so £210 a week should be more than ample. are you sure you didn;t mean £210 a month????????????????

Yep - everything included and its basically four adults as DS & DD are 19 & 17 !!!!!

There are quite a few people on here with less per month so pop over to the old style board for ideas !

    hi owens

i buy all our food/toiletries/cleaning stuff on line, weekly spend it about £60 or £240 a month for 2 adults, one 11 year old and a fat lab!

i always menu plan and get the money off voucher, so its free delivering (see online voucher board on here, under tesco, no chat for voucher)
so i think if your carefull, you should live comfortly on that amount :D

In that case, have you considered saving some of it for a rainy day  If you set up a standing order and send the money to is as soon as you receive it, you won't miss it, and you'll be amazed at how quickly it builds up :T

    Penny. x

We live every month on £120 for food and cleaning stuff etc, 3210 a week for three should be easy especially if you cook from scratch. I went shopping yesterday and bought enough food apart from fruit and veg which I shop for every 2 weeks, to last us this month, including chicken, a lamb joint, mince, etc............
    Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.
