Grabitnow Wireless Headphones

Hoping someone can help, my mum ordered the wireless headphones from grabitnow.com and they got delivered today. Thing is, the instructions say:
'Plug lotus jack into audio out socket of transmitter. Stereo plug should be respectively inserted into transmittors audio input socket and audio output earphone socket of computer'
So we're both a bit like
she's trying to plug them into her computer.
She says 'there are 2 cables, one has 2 plugs on each end, which are red and white and one has just one plug on each end, just looks like normal speaker jack plugs on this one'
Anyone got a clue what to do?
