1. The promotional materials, including information on how to enter the promotion, form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to UK residents (excluding residents in Northern Ireland) aged over 18 years .
3. To enter customers must complete the entry form on the applicable online promotions page which can be accessed via www.airnewzealand.co.uk. <
4. The competition commences on 01 August 2008 and closes on 15 August 2008.
5. The winner will be selected at random from a prize draw on 03 September 2008 and will be notified by email or mobile by 08 September 2008.
6. There is One (1) prize to be won of 450 hours worth of home entertainment titles of your choice which may include DVDs (movies or television series), CDs (music) and games up to a combined maximum value of £1,000. Air New Zealand will co-ordinate the selection of the entertainment titles with the winner, calculate the total viewing/listening hours and purchase the items via a popular online entertainment retailer. Items will be posted to the winner to a UK address only. All items must be chosen and purchased (in one single transaction) before 30 September 2008.
7. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative goods other than those specified above.
8. The maximum retail value of the prize is GBP£1000.
9. Air New Zealand accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
10. Air New Zealand assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
11. Neither Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
