Looking for a cheap laptop.

Hi,
I'm currently looking for a laptop and would like help in finding the cheapest place to get it from.
The specifications i'm looking for are:
15" Widescreen
Processor: Centrino or Athlon 64 anything around or over 1.6GHZ
RAM: Minimum 512MB 400Hz
DVD Writer
A dedicated graphics chip (e.g. Mobility Radeon)
Hard Drive greater than or equal to 40GB.
So far, the cheapest I have found has been a Dell Inspiron 6000 @ £691 incl. VAT & Shipping.
I would be grateful for any help.
