when do a comparison, whats the best way to calculate your usage?
i've been doing it by how much we pay annually but is it better to work it out as kwh per hour??
if so how do you work that out? im sat here looking at my bills for the past year and i have absolutely no idea how to work it out??

the electricity i can work out, its just the gas thats got me really confused, whats the difference between units and kwh0 -

Gas units (cu Ft or cu M) need to be converted into kWh because that is how they charge for your usage. see here:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

an hour and half later and ive switched from a scottish power tarriff to another SP tarriff, which will cost us an extra £5 a month and its still cheaper than any other supplier for us0 -
Is your new SP tariff capped, because they haven't upped their prices yet.0

yeah it is, i thought i'd get in there before they do, tho i wish i had done it last week, like i kept saying i was going to, then i would have got the cheapest tarriff which was pulled on monday i think!!0
