For easy comparsion of rates AER should be used. Some of the rates you have quoted are AER, and others are not. As an example Kaupthing Edge rate is 6.36% gross paid monthly, equivalent to 6.55% AER, thereby making it the best paying internet account. The same is true for the Ruffler Bank ISA, which has an AER of 6.25%.

In addition to the above, you have not included the Kaupthing Edge term (fixed rate) accounts.
