Dont know if people know, but I have been struggling to pay my NPOWER Gas and Electric, I rang them up as I could not afford to pay them and because I am disabled and on a low income they have now arranged me to only pay what I have used this time and if I pay on time for the next 6 months they will wipe my back bills up to £500, they are also lowering my tariff and gonna give me £250 in 2009 towards my bills. Also sorted me out free Gas Check and some aids as my hands are bad. So if your with NPOWER and struggling might be worth ringing and asking for help.
