They are Businesses though and even though we all know they will likely follow suit i cant see how it would be good for competition for legislation to insist all where done on the day day0

Hmm... good point. Plus, what would be the implications? Would it be just limited to the energy market, or to supermarkets, etc. too?? It probably wouldn't get through the Commons lets alone the Lords.0 -
