WYSIWYG Interface

Can someone please help?

I have changed to the WYSIWYG Enhanced Interface on the forum which is so much easier to use but...
When I insert a hyperlink it doesn't give the option of giving a screen name. Now if I insert a hyperlink it appears with the full address;

Any ideas

You Type the text you want over the link first. Then you highlight it and click the
