I am a typical yo-yo dieter - always have been. Sadly though, in times of stress (of which I have a few!) I put weight on, rather than lose it. Otherwise I would be about 6 stone I reckon!

Just seeing a 10 at the beginning of the weight would be a step in the right direction! I was obviously being niaive in thinking that the running would mean the weight will drop off easily!

    Very much like debtbusting.....

  • I'd love to have my weight start with an "11" but at 6'4", I'd look very odd. Well I do anyway but I'd be even odder.....:rotfl:

I'd like to lose six stone next year but I'm not going to start until January 1st and aim for two pounds loss each week....:T

Ds had a better day again today :D I had quite a dull day today, but theres another cutie teacher about, and I managed a quick chat today with him ;) Still trying to find out whether he's single, but am fairly sure he'll be married with kids, as all the decent ones seem to be  :o

I reached payout level on another survey site tonight, so thats another 25.00 on its way hopefully before xmas :T

Ds is off to his dads tonight so a free weekend for me ;) I might do some housework tonight then have a nice bath and do my nails etc, as I'm out tomorrow night with a friend :D I need to do food shopping tomorrow and probably some more xmas shopping too.
