I am a typical yo-yo dieter - always have been. Sadly though, in times of stress (of which I have a few!) I put weight on, rather than lose it. Otherwise I would be about 6 stone I reckon!
Just seeing a 10 at the beginning of the weight would be a step in the right direction! I was obviously being niaive in thinking that the running would mean the weight will drop off easily!

I'd love to have my weight start with an "11" but at 6'4", I'd look very odd. Well I do anyway but I'd be even odder.....:rotfl:
I'd like to lose six stone next year but I'm not going to start until January 1st and aim for two pounds loss each week....:T0 -
