I've been over to see mum and dad and it was awful, dad wet himself today while they were out :o:o He was swearing like crazy while I was there, I don't think I've ever heard him swear before :o:o He slept a lot of the time and when he was awake he was mostly talking nonsense :o Think I might treat myself to some alcohol tonight :o

I have sorted out my contents insurance (£94 for the year with £70 to come from quidco ;)) and also done my new car tax online. I'm now planning on a lazy afternoon and an early night as I want to get to another car boot in the morning and try and find some bargains :D

Did you manage to get any bargains at Car Boot today to sell on ebay Ben Ben.

I am going to a car boot in the morning in hope I might find some stuff to sell too.
Sorry to hear about your dad I know how upsetting it is for you as my brothers ex father in law had the same and it was very upsetting for my brother.

I didn't get anything for ebay today Ladypink, but I did get a 2litre tub of hama beads, 10 of the hama board things and a big wodge of the ironing paper, all for £2  Ds loves them so should keep him quiet for a while ;)

I also bought a "fraction tower", its loads of cubes that show 1/2s, 1/3rds, 1/4s etc ... google it if it doesnt make sense, its really hard to explain :D I paid 50p for it and they are about £12 new so should easily sell it on ebay once ds has finished with it :D

Another unhappy day here, we had the family meeting this morning and dad seemed oblivious to who we were most of the time :o My sister is going with mum tomorrow to look at a care home, initially for respite care but probably longer term care in the not so distant future :o:o I just feel really sad this weekend about it all, I've been fine about it for ages, just he seems to have gone downhill so quickly recently, its frightening :o

I went to an early car boot this morning as I couldnt sleep very well so was there nice and early with the dealers ;) I got 2 x thomas duevt/pillowcase sets £1 each, I may let ds use them for a bit or may just stick them straight on ebay. I also got a cute bag (£1), a really nice new black Wallis cardigan/jacket for £1 which will be fab for work in the winter and a funky Jane Norman beaded top for £1 :D As you can see I'm not doing too well on finding stuff to sell on ebay, I tend to just find stuff I like  :D

Ds should be home in about half an hour so hopefully that may cheer me up a bit ;)
