Just got in after the kids have done karate - DS is tired but otherwise fully recovered......he has learned to handle his migraines reasonably well but they are still nasty when they happen.

In financial news today, other than getting under the debt under £50k, I got a pay rise......only a "cost of living that is nothing like the real cost of living" increase but still, £1000 more starting from Monday. After tax it is about £50 a month extra which certainly helps......that's another box each month I can fill in :D

So, all in all, a satisfactory day!!

taka - halloween   .........unlikely!!

Oh Hypno I am so pleased for you. I wish I could even earn that amount a year nevermind pay it off my debts. (Well I dont have the debts now that I am a bankrupt but you know what I mean. ). Well done lady.!!!

Remember that it is not all about salary Mooloo - we "earn" just as much from all the extra MSE stuff etc as we do from real "work" and it is that which takes the debt down. Why not join in the £10 a day challenge for September and see how much you can increase your "income" by?

Sub 50K how fab and a payrise too !
Go on break out the Jaffacakes-go crazy :D
    That is brilliant.
I'm slipping at the moment -spending cos I'm peed off-The reason I'm peed off is cos exOH has bumbled off to Europe for "a few weeks" to get his head together-which is fine I'm all for mental health breaks but 1 He hasn't called to find out how DS's GCSE results went and 2 He hasn't paid this month's child support. So with money short-I'm spending-DUH
Slap me someone-I need some motivation.
